• 1 cup unsweetened dairy free milk (coconut milk or almond milk work best)
  • 1–2 tbsp coconut oil or cream (for extra creaminess)
  • 1/2 c to 1 cup ice
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp of juice from key limes
  • zest and juice of 2 limes
  • maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • dash of ginger root (optional)
  • 4 scoops SP Complete Vanilla protein powder
  • optional extra GREENS – 1/4 cup steamed kale or spinach
  • add a dash of salt if you want to even out the sweetness


  1. Just blend everything together and add a pinch of sea salt to enhance the maple flavor if desired. I also steam my greens a little bit before blending so it’s easier on digestion. But the greens are optional.
  2. Sprinkle extra cinnamon or drizzle more maple syrup on top.
  3. If you want it extra creamy, add in yogurt or coconut yogurt
