Your taste buds will give thanks for this healthy spin on a holiday classic

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
2 scoops SP Complete /or/ SP Detox
1⁄2 cup canned pumpkin
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1⁄2 cup coconut milk
1⁄4 cup water
